      Readiness Application: Webinar + Resources
      Provider Portal: Home
Below you will find the supplementary resources for the Readiness Application for Teacher Preparation Programs seeking partnership for CTAPP's Transformation Fellowship. As a reminder, you may access the Application and Budget Template at this link . EPP and CTAPP Commitments: This document is aligned to the Quality Objectives referenced in the Readiness Application. Within each Quality Objective, you'll find the tenets of our Teacher Preparation Model and the commitments that Transformation Fellows will make upon joining our cohort. These items are broken down by EPP and CTAPP commitments--which can be used to complete the columns of the Readiness Application that ask for specific commitments from your program and what supports you request from CTAPP. The Educator Preparation Program Excellence Rubric (TEPPER): This document is also aligned to the Quality Objectives in the Readiness Application. The TEPPER is meant to provide context on the various outcomes and indicators within the application, some of which may be vague. The strands of the TEPPER should provide a vision for your EPP's areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, which you are asked to provide on the Readiness Application. Note: Though you are encouraged to use language from or reference these two documents, you are not required to do so. If you have any clarifying questions about how to best incorporate elements of these resources into your Readiness Application, please don't hesitate to reach out. Webinar: We are also sharing a recording of our 3/30 Webinar. In this pre-recorded webinar, we discuss best practices and success criteria for each section of the Readiness Application. The Webinar ends with Q&A from various EPPs, which may be helpful as you complete your application. Readiness Application Details and Timelines : - March 1 : Application Released - March 30 : Readiness Application Workshop - April 19 : Readiness Application and Budget Proposal due by COB (via e-mail ) - May 1-15 : Finalist Interviews with CTAPP - June : Internal Review and Selection Process - July : Announcement of Transformation Fellows - August : Initiate contract/MOU process for Transformation Fellowship - Fall : Funding dispersed to EPPs, begin Transformation Fellowship

      Resource: DEI Companion Document
      EPP Resources
CTAPP has had the esteem pleasure of working alongside leading Teacher Preparation Transformation Centers (TPTCs) from across the country in a community of practice (CoP). The TPTC CoP meets regularly to develop tools and resources, grounded in research, to assist teacher preparation programs in providing equitable access to high-quality teacher preparation pathways. To achieve a shared vision of sustainable, quality teacher preparation programming that is scaled to impact Black, Latino, and low-income students from historically marginalized PK-12 school systems, the TPTCs work together to implement the outcomes outlined in Teacher Preparation Outcomes and Indicators (TPP O&Is). The TPP O&Is provide a framework for achieving high-quality teacher preparation under the domains of quality, sustainability, scale, and impact. Additionally, the TPP O&Is emphasize a critical lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to promote anti-racist systems, practices, and tools within teacher preparation programs. Developed to support these goals, the DEI Companion Document guides educator preparation programs through the process of identifying and improving blind spots in their programming related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Explore the document below, check out the linked resources, and consider an equity cross-walk through your program's various structures to ensure promotion of equitable teacher preparation principles. The DEI Companion Document was created by members of the TPTC CoP - the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Small group - to guide TA Centers and teacher preparation programs who are seeking to engage more deeply in DEI and antiracism work related to teacher preparation programming. All linked resources are attributed to the various parties who created them.
